Kona Demo Rolled Through Ashland Oregon by dirtrider410

Kona rolled through Ashland yesterday with a few bikes from their 2013 fleet and we hosted a mini demo night ride. All the bikes were spoken for so I had to ride my own. Which I had figured was going to happen...

the Central Alborz Mountains by Mehdi_MTB

One of my favorites usually is matching mtb climbing and climbing programs, these are engaged in a specified activity and it need to plan very carefully. So before doing this programs I need to do very special exercises and performing a preview of the plan. During the designing of performing the programs and after the process of climbing and biking exercises we all ready to do the steps of the trip...

Moab on my Mojo by lloyd

I couldn’t have been happier as I finished strapping my new Ibis Mojo to the roof of the car, all ready to trade snowy Spokane for sunny Moab, UT. The genesis for this trip had actually begun some six months earlier on a section of single track in North Idaho. I watched my friends zip over a technical section and, once again, out of my view. How did they go so fast??!! I knew I was faced with a choice: Either get better, get used to being last, or get a bad ass new bike! Being the perpetual gear head, I of course opted for the new bike.

Make your own Bender Fender mud guard Make your own Bender Fender mud guard by Visentin

One of my friends recently bought a brilliant mudguard. It is as simple as can be, made of a bent plastic folio, and attached to the fork just over the front wheel. It is discrete and can be removed at any time. No mention about the negligible weight. So, kind of jealous not to have the same (I have a rear one but in some occasions a front one is cruelly missing), I asked him about the brand in the evening, and found it costs approximately 10E in bike shops. Which isn't a lot, but I thought why the hell giving so much money for something so simple...

Miniature Bicycles. Miniature Bicycles. by chaberton

As a child I had a passion for modeling. I built everything (planes, ships, soldiers, etc..) and in all available materials (plastic, metal, acrylic, wood). I am always amazed by the lack of models dedicated to bicycles and their history, few companies dedicated themselves to scaling of these models which are unfortunately almost all failed. This album is dedicated to bicycles and modeling.

A Restoration of a 1994 Trek 820, and more... A Restoration of a 1994 Trek 820, and more... by Wasatchvoyage

Flash back nearly two decades. Mountain bikes were just emerging from infancy. Cantilever brakes, rigid forks, and seven speed drive-trains were the rage. I often looked at these bikes in wonder back then with their fat tires, different geometry, and flat handlebars. Being intrigued with them from the start due to my back ground of stomping around the Wasatch Mountain Range in Utah was a give-in. I knew that I had to have one... which took time being a poor college student at that time.
