Overview
Since not many readers of this site are from this area of Europe, I write this article in order to fulfill the curiosity of some, but also as a support to share these circuits with few cycling-mates in Wrocław.
The Sudetes (Sudety in Polish and Czech, Sudeten in German), are a small old mountain-range which lies on most of its length between Poland and Czech Republic, ending west in Germany.
Despite their small altitude, the Sudetes own many surprising geologic features, and are very interesting mountains.
This mountain range, except the high massif of Karkonosze, doesn't have very high mountains, and has a very dense network of small roads and forestry trails, which makes it a fine area for mountain-biking. The path are exceptionally well-marked in the Czech side, especially in Hrubý Jeseník region.
My trails are located in very disparate parts of the Sudetes, in both Czech and Poland, both in West and East areas. Since I live in Wrocław, it will increase as I will cycle in new places. If you live also in the area, all ideas and suggestions are welcome.

Red TapeIn some touristic regions of the Sudetes, protected areas, it is forbidden to leave the marked trails. It is the case in Karkonosze and Hrubý Jeseník.
