Askole

At 3048m and some 90 km from Skardu, the Askole village is gateway to to the many adventurous treks that lead over famous glaciers and to the base of numerous high peaks. The road from Skardu to Askole village is best for adventurous mountain biking. While cycling in the shadows of high mountains one can enjoy the spectacular mountains scenery of the Karakoram.
