Bike-ads
In Wroclaw (and often in Poland) a new fashion has appeared over the last few years. Since the regulations for putting ads in the streets are not very easy to deal with, the Poles have found an ingenious way to circumvent the problem.After all, what's the time limit for parking a bicycle, and what's the difference between a bike and a bike with an advertisement on it ? :)
