Overview
HORNET PEAK LOOP: This 22 mile loop begins and ends at Polebridge in the North Fork. It is rated as difficult due to sustained climbing requirements. This loop is located in the Salish Range of Montana. A significant portion of the route is through old growth forest.Click here for a Map.

This is wild high country. The snow is there until at least the end of June perhaps well into July.This is also Grizzly and Wolf Country. Be prepared!
