Overview

Sedona, AZ. Biking for all kinds. From mild to wild Sedona has it all. 200+ miles of single track & 300+ days of sunshine. Many of the trails in Sedona interconnect to create many possibilities for epic all day rides. If you bring your big bike or your cross country bike or preferably both you will have a blast. For people bringing the big bike Sedona you have to "pay to play" peddle that is. Munds wagon trail is the about the only shuttle in the area unless you head over to nearby Jerome to the top of mingus mountain for 4000ft of shuttle access or head North to Flagstaff on Mt. Elden. If you just come to Sedona and ride the basics you'll have a rippin good time, be nice to the locals and show good etiquette and you may get the inside track on advice. Chances are all the shops usually having a number of rides each week you can usually check ahead to find people to ride with. Did I mention Sedona has it all Climbing, Hiking, Canyoneering and Super Cush Accommodations! At the edge of the Colorado Plateau Sedona Sits among amazing topography. Elevation is from 4200ft up to 6800ft on top of the Colorado Plateau. Trails consist of mostly single track with small burst climbs and steep downs in and out of the many small draineges. Trails are usually Moderatly rocky coming in and out of slick rock. In most places the "slick rock" is much different than Moab. Rather than being a flowing surface it is fairly technical if it is not flat.
