Overview

The Mont 24hr race will be held on the weeknd of the 27th and 28th October 2007.

The venue is Majura Pines (See attached Map).

The race is comprised of teams of 4 and 6 only with a 12noon start on Saturday and a 1pm finish on Sunday.

Course length is 10.8km per lap.

Registration and Fees

Registration has now closed.

Race Fees. We can only accept one credit card per team (sorry, no online splitting of the bill). Entry Fees include race entry, t-shirts and other schwag. It doesn’t include camping fees ($10 per person collected on the day) or day licence fees (for non-MTBA members).


Race fees for the categories are:

PRO TEAMS OF 4 - $600 (male or female)

AGE GROUP TEAMS OF 4 - $440 (male, female or mixed)(Singlespeed - M/F or mixed)


AGE GROUP TEAMS OF 6 - $560 (male, female or mixed)

AGE GROUP JUNIOR TEAMS OF 6 - $480 (all riders over 14 and under 18 as at 26 Oct 07) (male, female or mixed)

Industry/Corporate Site $1200 (does not include team entries) Take up the opportunity of a great site down in one of our 6x6 marquees with heating, power and lighting as well as a table and chairs tossed in for good measure.

Getting There

Majura Pines is accessible in one of two ways:

1. Head along Majura Rd, either North past the airport
or south from the Federal Highway. The Pines are
on the western side of the road, just north of the
Innabaanya Camp ground.

2. Take the main firetrail from McKenzie Street in
Hackett due east. The entrance to the forest is
via the horse gate at the top of the saddle.
