Overview

This trail connects South Valley Park, and Deer Creek Canyon Park. From the parking area, you can take this single track trail north for .3 mile to access the Grazing Elk loop in South Valley Park, or .4 mile South to access Deer Creek Canyon Park.

Trail Description

This trail is single track, and provides a really fun, though short ride at a moderate grade. The best parking area is at its half way point, and this trail is generally used to access other trails as opposed to being used by itself, however you have to go out of your way to utilize it, which is why I am adding it as a trail by itself.

Getting There

Take C-470 to the Wadsworth exit. Head south on Wadsworth for a very short distaance and turn West onto Deer Creek Canyon Road. Follow Dear Creek Canyon Road (turn left at the fork after about 1.5 miles) for about 5 miles. The parking lot is on the left hand side of the road immediatly after Grizzly Drive
