Overview
an IMBA certified Epic in Rossland, BC. only 30km long but 1150m climbing over...seven summits. constantly technical trail both up and down (but never very difficult) make this feel like a longer trail for most, but great views and the coolest town in BC are worth it, plus it is well signed but feels very remote. maintained by a public group, it has a full time trail crew! this one is done as a car shuttle (Revolution Cycles).Trail Description
like most trails worth calling epic, this one starts with a climb. the climbing is glorious, technical and with the sweetest of switchbacks.as the name implies, ride up summit, descend summit, repeat 7x. the entire 30km is sub-alpine ridgeline singletrack. it's never crazy, but totally relentless and only strong riders will clean the trail.
you've stopped on the top of 6 peaks and looked around this beautiful place, you're out of food, and you're tired...
but now for the massive final descent back to the pickup! don't forget to ask for the Dewdney trail option which gives you an extra 7km of downhill for a total of 2000m!
