stem. I put one on my Trek 2300 and have no complaints about its function-ability, but wish I had the old one to get the height back down for my compact handlebars. It's bearable, mainly because I have three kids, a lovely wife, a mortgage, and a fairly low paying job. Other then that, I would definitely change out to a flatter stem angle.

This is a cool bike. I really like this frame and its simplicity. Close up, it's very revealing how cool this baby is. I am sure that all of us wish we could have one bike in each qualification (road, cross, XC, downhill, tt, commuter, hybrid, cruiser, single speed, ect...), but what the heck. Owning jsut a couple of these is suffice, eh?

Agreed about the close-up. I just realized the red chain. That is one drool-worthy ride. Having just worked up the singlespeed last spring, I doubt I can talk my wife into buying me a new one. I guess I'll have to sneak it into the house. ;)
