Overview

This is an enjoyable trail. In the past, I used to exclusively bike down it, but actually, I think it is a better climb from PVROSP up into the Buff Creek area than Buck Gulch. It has a little bit more up and down, but overall a little less gain. It still meets up with Skipper, and then the real fun begins. I like to follow with a descent down this or Buck Gulch down into the PVROSP TH.

Trail Description

Again, exclusively singletrack made up of dirt and PPG. Not as steep as Buck Gulch, but with some more twisties and a little more rolling. Makes for a nice climb and a great descent, but there is one uphill on the way out (downhill), which can be a bit of a bummer after a long day of biking.

Getting There

This is another land-locked trail. I recommend starting at the PVROSP (see other trail) and riding in/out from there. You can also get to it from the Buck Gulch TH off of FR 552.

When to Bike

Typical area seasonal info applies. This particular area was slightly more spared than the Buck Gulch trail, so there is a bit more shade.
