Overview
De Luz Road is a nice paved road that most riders only ride about five miles of. Most people stop at (or begin around) Carancho Road and ride all the way down into Murrieta and end at Washington Avenue. Some people often ride the whole road, but that can be a little long.
Trail DescriptionHalf of the road is paved with Asphalt and the other half is a maintained dirt road. From Carancho to Washington, the road is fairly flat and is winds in and out through dense oak tree laden landscape. Also, many nice estates are mixed in as well along the ride. When you reach Rancho California Road, De Luz Road turns into a dirt road. Follow this down into Murrieta.
Watch for cars and be safe!
