A Few Words: Note that I've decided to give out the occasional 9 on pages or images I believe are good but not great and appear overrated. I will continue to oppose voting anything less than a 9 on pages and images I believe are reasonable in quality because those votes may dramatically lower the score of the page. The site suggests giving "average" pages a 5/10 but a page with 10 votes of that will likely only receive an overall score of just 20%, not a very good impression. I will also refuse to vote 9/10 on a good page should that vote lower the overall score because I feel that a good page's score should be raised by a good vote. I will continue this until a reform in the voting system has taken place after which these issues are no longer present.
