Everyone knows of such a likewise place of awe and wonder that we can contemplate from a distance. The Japanese have mount Fidji to get acquainted with divinity -at least that is what their forefathers thought of it-, the Americans have mount Rushmore to glimpse inspiring faces, the french have the awe inspiring mountainous scenery around Chamonix with their 20 mile alpine ski run to really dazzle you and here in Montreal we have mount Royal where we can seek cover under the trees in some overlooked corner at cliffside, take a beer and watch the downtown core from above while feeling so far away from the hectic pace of life... LOL !
