New Year Trifle - Mandarin Oranges and Amaretti Biscuit

Thought I would knock up something for New Year's Eve. It was awesome.

Layering: Amaretti biscuits (if hard type, add a little more dry white wine). Or the soft, just enough to wet them.
Layer of tinned, mandarin orange segments, plus some of the juice,
Thin layer of custard,
Sliced banana,
Layer of thick cream,
Layer of sliced, seedless grapes,
Layer of sponge fingers (wet with wine)
Layer of cream,
continue to build the layers until bowl is topped out.
Place in fridge for several hours.
