Love the dry terrain. And with a sweeping road like that, something to drool on. Reminds me of the sweeping curves in the Italian Apennines.

The landscape of south Crete looks much drier to the place (Chania) we were in, on the north coast. Crete is really nice, I hope to return there. You were lucky to cycle !

Yes. I recommend it. I hadn't been on narrow tyres in about 25 years. We were doing about 80 km a day. I went out and bought my CX after.
